Reservation Changes & Cancellations – Horse Riding Travel

If you make any changes to your booking—including guest name, travel dates, number of people, room type, hotel category, or services booked—these changes will be subject to our policy below. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by our team.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 20% service fee will be deducted from all cancellations.

  • After the 20% deduction:

    • If cancellation notice is given 90 days or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be provided.

    • If cancellation notice is given 60 to 89 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

    • If cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be given for unused services, missed tours, or late arrivals.
