Terms and Conditions – Horse Riding Travel

Welcome to Horse Riding Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or booking any services with us.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the tour or service.
The final balance must be paid within the deadline specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

A 20% service fee will be deducted from all cancellations.
After the 20% deduction:

  • If cancellation notice is given 90 days or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be provided.

  • If cancellation notice is given 60 to 89 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

  • If cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
    Cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form).
    No refunds will be given for unused services, missed tours, or late arrivals.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and lost luggage.

Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for tours and activities. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Major changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Liability Disclaimer

Horse Riding Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
We do our best to work with trusted partners to provide the highest quality services.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data without your consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property
